# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 300°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Remove tough stems from kale and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces.
03 - Place kale in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional spices. Toss thoroughly to evenly coat.
04 - Spread kale in a single layer on prepared baking sheets, avoiding overlap.
05 - Bake 12–15 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through. Watch closely near end to prevent browning.
06 - Remove from oven and let cool for several minutes before serving.
