# Directions:
01 - Peel the bananas and slice each into 12 equal rounds approximately 1/2 inch thick.
02 - Wash and hull the strawberries, ensuring they remain intact with the pointy end up.
03 - Thread one banana slice onto each wooden skewer followed by a strawberry placed pointy end upward to simulate Santa's hat.
04 - Using a small dab of melted white chocolate or frosting, affix a mini marshmallow to the tip of each strawberry to create the pom-pom.
05 - With a toothpick, apply a small amount of white chocolate or frosting beneath the banana slice to represent Santa's beard.
06 - Press two mini chocolate chips gently into each banana slice to form Santa’s eyes.
07 - Arrange the completed skewers on a serving platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
