08 - Refrigerate skewers for 15 minutes until chocolate sets. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • They look impressive but come together in less time than it takes to brew coffee.
  • The contrast between cold juicy berries and snappy dark chocolate feels like a small luxury every time.
  • You can make them hours ahead, which means no last-minute stress when guests arrive.
02 -
  • Even a drop of water will make the chocolate seize into a grainy mess, so make sure your berries and tools are bone dry.
  • If your chocolate feels too thick, stir in another quarter teaspoon of coconut oil instead of fighting with a clumpy coating.
03 -
  • Chill your berries in the fridge for an hour before dipping so the chocolate sets faster and stays glossy.
  • Hold the skewer at an angle and rotate it slowly as you dip to get an even coat without fingerprints.
