Holiday cranberry feta skewers (Print Version)

Tangy feta, sweet cranberries, fresh herbs, and cucumber combine for a colorful festive bite.

# Components:

→ Cheese & Dairy

01 - 7 oz feta cheese, cut into 16 cubes

→ Fruits & Vegetables

02 - 1/2 English cucumber, sliced into 16 rounds
03 - 16 fresh mint leaves (or basil)
04 - 16 dried cranberries

→ Nuts (optional)

05 - 2 tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped

→ For Drizzling

06 - 2 tbsp honey
07 - 1 tsp balsamic glaze (optional)
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Thread one cube of feta cheese onto each skewer or cocktail pick.
02 - Add a slice of cucumber, a mint leaf, and a dried cranberry to each skewer.
03 - Arrange the assembled skewers on a serving platter.
04 - Drizzle honey and balsamic glaze over the skewers, if using.
05 - Sprinkle chopped pistachios and freshly ground black pepper over the skewers.
06 - Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
