01 - 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

09 - Juice of 1 lime
→ Mango Salsa
10 - 1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced
11 - 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
12 - 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
13 - 1 small jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
14 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
15 - Juice of 1 lime
16 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

17 - 8 small corn or flour tortillas, warmed
18 - 1 avocado, sliced
19 - Lime wedges, for serving
# Directions:
01 - Combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Add chicken breasts and coat thoroughly. Allow to marinate for a minimum of 10 minutes.
02 - In a separate bowl, gently combine diced mango, chopped red onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, cilantro, fresh lime juice, and salt until evenly blended. Reserve at room temperature.
03 - Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill marinated chicken breasts for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and the juices run clear. Rest for 5 minutes and slice thinly.
04 - Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or oven until soft and pliable.
05 - Layer sliced grilled chicken, mango salsa, and slices of avocado onto each tortilla. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
