01 - 8 large dill pickles, whole spears, drained and patted dry
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 tablespoon milk
05 - 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
10 - Cooking spray

11 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
12 - 1 tablespoon sriracha or hot sauce
13 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
14 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
15 - Salt, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
02 - Cut each pickle spear in half lengthwise to form fries. Pat dry with paper towels.
03 - Place flour in one shallow bowl. In a second bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In a third bowl, mix panko, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and optional cayenne.
04 - Dredge each pickle fry in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat in panko mixture. Press gently to adhere breadcrumbs.
05 - Arrange breaded pickle fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
06 - Meanwhile, mix all spicy mayo ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
07 - Serve pickle fries hot with spicy mayo for dipping.
