# Directions:

03 - In a separate medium bowl, whisk unsweetened almond milk, Greek yogurt, eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until fully blended.
04 - Pour wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Combine gently using a spatula and stir until just incorporated; avoid overmixing for optimal texture.
05 - Transfer batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the surface evenly.
06 - Place in the center of the oven and bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the loaf comes out clean.
