  • Seasonings: 2 bay leaves; 1 teaspoon dried thyme; 1 teaspoon smoked paprika; 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste); 1 teaspoon dried oregano; 1 teaspoon salt (to taste); 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Rice: 3 cups (525 g) cooked long-grain white rice

Instructions

Prep Beans:
Drain and rinse soaked beans and set aside.
Brown Sausage & Ham:

Sauté Vegetables:
