Recipe Questions
- → How do I ensure the shrimp stays tender?
Cook shrimp just until pink and firm, usually about 10 minutes in the oven, to prevent toughness.
- → Can I prepare this dish ahead of time?
Potatoes and corn can be pre-roasted, then combined with seasoned shrimp shortly before serving to maintain texture.
- → What substitutions work well for the potatoes?
Yukon Gold or red potatoes cut into similar-sized pieces work perfectly and roast evenly.
- → How can I adjust the heat without altering flavor?
Adding a small pinch of cayenne pepper enhances heat subtly without overpowering the Cajun seasoning blend.
