01 - 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
02 - 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
03 - 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
04 - 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 cup homemade croutons
06 - Kosher salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

08 - 4 flour tortillas, 10-inch diameter
# Directions:
01 - In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss thoroughly with tongs to coat evenly. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Add additional dressing if desired. Set aside.
02 - Heat tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds per side until pliable. Alternatively, microwave tortillas between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds. Keep warm wrapped in a kitchen towel.
03 - Place warmed tortillas on a clean flat surface. Evenly distribute the salad mixture down the center of each tortilla.
04 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly burrito-style. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
05 - Serve wraps whole or cut in half as preferred.
