01 - 10.6 ounces macaroni
02 - 14.1 ounces ground beef
→ Sauce
03 - 2 cups tomato sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon chopped chipotle in adobo
05 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
06 - Fresh coriander, for garnish
# Directions:
01 - Boil macaroni in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
03 - Add chopped chipotle in adobo, tomato sauce, and heavy cream to the browned beef. Stir to combine and simmer for 8 minutes.
04 - Fold the drained macaroni into the chipotle beef sauce until evenly coated.
05 - Plate pasta and garnish generously with fresh coriander.
