# Components:
→ Egg Mixture
01 - 3 large eggs, separated
02 - 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
03 - 3 tablespoons cornstarch
04 - 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar (optional)
05 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
→ Color Additions
06 - Red gel food coloring
07 - Yellow gel food coloring
08 - Blue gel food coloring
09 - Green gel food coloring
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a clean, large bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff, glossy peaks are achieved.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until mixture is smooth and fully combined.
04 - Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, taking care not to deflate the volume.
05 - Divide batter evenly into separate bowls for each desired color. Add a few drops of gel food coloring to each portion and gently fold to evenly incorporate the color.
06 - Using a spoon, drop colorful dollops side by side onto the prepared baking sheet to create a rainbow effect. Use a spatula to swirl gently for a marbled appearance, if preferred.
07 - Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until bread is set and lightly golden on the surface.
08 - Allow bread to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before removing. Offer immediately to enjoy maximum fluffiness.
