01 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

→ Cheese Filling

02 - 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
03 - 1.5 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 8 cubes
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives or parsley, finely chopped (optional)
05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

→ Topping

06 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
03 - Place one cube of mozzarella and one cube of cheddar at the wide end of each dough triangle. Sprinkle with dried Italian herbs and chopped chives or parsley, if using.
04 - Roll up each triangle starting at the wide end, sealing the cheese inside by tucking the ends.
05 - Place the rolls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Combine melted butter with garlic powder, then brush the tops of the rolls with this mixture. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the tops.
07 - Bake rolls for 13 to 15 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
08 - Allow rolls to cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
