02 - 1/3 cup chia seeds
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup

# Directions:
01 - Whisk almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl or jar until blended.
02 - Mix matcha powder, peppermint extract, and optional green food coloring with 2 tablespoons of the chia mixture until smooth.
03 - Stir the matcha-mint mixture into the main base until evenly colored and combined.
04 - Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened to a pudding consistency.
