Mummy Crescent Hot Dogs (Print Version)

Hot dogs wrapped in crescent dough “bandages” for a festive, kid-friendly Halloween treat. Fun and easy to bake.

01 - 8 beef or pork hot dogs
02 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

03 - 16 small edible candy eyes or dots of mustard or ketchup

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Unroll the crescent roll dough and divide into 4 rectangular sections. Press seams together to create solid rectangles.
03 - Using a knife or pizza cutter, slice each rectangle into 10 narrow strips, approximately 1/4 inch in width.
04 - Encase each hot dog with 4 to 5 dough strips, overlapping slightly and leaving a gap for the face area.
05 - Place the wrapped hot dogs evenly on the lined baking sheet.
06 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until the dough is puffed and golden brown.
07 - Remove the hot dogs from the oven and allow to cool slightly for easy handling.
08 - Adorn each mummy with two candy eyes, or use small dots of mustard or ketchup to add eyes in the exposed area.
09 - Enjoy warm, accompanied by your preferred dipping sauces.
