01 - 1 medium pineapple, peeled and sliced for beard
02 - 1 large red apple, sliced for hat

03 - 1 banana, peeled and sliced for face
04 - 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced for eyes and hat trim
05 - 2 blueberries for pupils
06 - 1 strawberry for nose
07 - 6 to 8 mini marshmallows for hat trim and pom-pom

# Directions:

01 - Slice the pineapple into thin half-moon pieces and arrange them in a fan shape at the bottom of a large serving platter to form the beard.
02 - Place banana slices above the pineapple to create an oval shape representing the face.
03 - Arrange apple slices in an arc above the banana to shape Santa's hat.
04 - Line the base of the hat with kiwi slices and place a cluster of mini marshmallows at the tip to form the pom-pom.
05 - Use kiwi slices and blueberries positioned on the banana face to create the eyes.
06 - Place the strawberry centrally on the face as Santa’s nose.
07 - Slice red grapes and arrange them as Santa’s smiling mouth.
08 - Scatter pomegranate seeds and fresh mint leaves around the platter for festive color and freshness.
09 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
