03 - 1/2 cup chopped sundried tomatoes in oil

# Directions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fusilli pasta and cook until al dente, then drain well.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned throughout, breaking into crumbles. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir in chopped sundried tomatoes, fresh spinach, vegetable broth, and heavy cream. Reduce heat and simmer until spinach is wilted and the sauce is slightly thickened.
