01 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
02 - 1–2 teaspoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely minced
03 - 1 teaspoon lime juice
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - Salt and pepper, to taste

06 - 8 slices thick-cut bacon
07 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
08 - 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
09 - 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
10 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
11 - 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Combine mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Adjust chipotle quantity to preferred heat level. Set aside.
02 - Arrange bacon slices in a large skillet over medium heat and cook until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.
03 - Heat tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
04 - Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of chipotle mayo evenly over each tortilla. Layer shredded lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and avocado if using, along the center.
