Ingredients

  • Pure vanilla extract: 2 tsp

Instructions

Melt Chocolate:
Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water or in short bursts in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
Blend Ingredients:
In a food processor, combine avocados, melted dark chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides.
Adjust Consistency:
Add almond milk one tablespoon at a time, blending until mousse reaches desired consistency.
Adjust Sweetness:

Portion and Chill:
Spoon mousse evenly into 4 glasses or bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and allow flavors to meld.
