This cheese board has become my go-to choice when hosting friends, everyone loves the combination of sweet honey and rich cheeses.

Ingredients

  • Cheeses: 150 g Brie, sliced 150 g Roquefort or blue cheese, crumbled or sliced 150 g Goat cheese, log or rounds, sliced 150 g Comté or Gruyère, sliced or cubed
  • Honey: 100 g honeycomb 80 ml floral honey (e.g., acacia or lavender)
  • Accompaniments: 1 small bunch of red or green grapes 1 small handful of dried apricots 1 small handful of walnuts or almonds 1 pear, sliced 1 apple, sliced 1 baguette, sliced Crackers or crispbread, as desired
  • Garnish (optional): Edible flowers Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs

Instructions

Step 1:
Arrange the cheeses on a large serving board or platter, spacing them apart for easy access.
Step 2:
